I haven't posted in a while but I'll make up for it with this: it's a video for the psychedelic band Zombie Zombie that uses stop motion to remake John Carpenter's great The Thing (which I just happened to rewatch two days ago) with GI Joe figures.
As a lover of The Thing, stop motion, and action figures, I can say it's pretty rocking.

That was really cool! I've never seen the Thing before... and now I don't have to. :P
Haha, it's not exactly like this. In fact at first I thought this was like a prequel (the story of the Norwegians or something).
You really have to see The Thing, sweetheart.
And, for extra credit, you should check out the Howard Hawks original The Thing from Another World.
And, hell, you can beat the teacher by reading Joseph Campbell's short story they were both based on, "Who Goes There?"
